::Israel Post in disgrace !!! Corona days and people need the public service more than ever. In every vital place (writers, social security, municipalities, etc.) were prepared to streamline the service to the citizen. Only the Israel Post chose to reduce operating hours, not transfer packages to the distribution centers and delay anything possible. Why? Because they just can. Post on the website and app that the opening hours have changed and should be updated on the website where it is said that the Herzl 165 branch in Rehovot is open until 18. In fact it was open until 14 and crowds of people waited outside without any notice or note at the entrance closing at 14. Just a disgrace. Moreover. Three obscure clerks were sitting inside the branch and none of them went out to update the people. Disgrace, disgrace, shame. The kind of things that make me ashamed to live in our country. And to the three clerks who sat at the Herzl 165 branch on April 16, 20 at 3:30 p.m. Shame on you and wish you to receive "quality" service as you received for the rest of your life
