::This is the worst customer service here. People don't respond well with foreigners, they don't want to speak in English whereas they can. Thursdays they are open till 8 pm but arriving at 6.30 they says it's already late, no computers etc etc. Plenty of excuses and rude people. Israel online banking services in postal are too not as easy. Ridiculous.

::Useful, in this age, a package delivering company is important. Never waited more than 5-10 minutes these last 2 years. Usually it's in and out. You must a have a reservation, it is bad for senior citizens which do not know how to operate a net connected device.
