  cheap Haifa city ..pros: close to home. famous researchers!PROS : ..cons: poor lecturer. they don't care about you..write ambiguous question,,, many lecturers for one course,, courses are messy and you have to study a lot by your self like the open university.. old facilities// very old dorms. Tel Aviv or Haddasa , they are better
