::O.k. got to be honest, this is my brother where talking about so im not the most objective critic. But here goes. My brother is the best chef i know, he makes his meal's out of self made products. Home made cheese's meats and even home grown organic vegetables. He's extreamly knolageble about anything to do with the food and beverage industry. But all that aside, he just makes the best food ever. And he's b&b has a hottub over looking the sea of galeli. What more can you ask for? Oh and his a great guy, you'll love him... i do :-)

::Yairs' place is by far my favorite place to eat. Chef Yair has a remarkable touch and he surely knows his way around both very complicated dishes, and simple, rustic, heart warming ones. Don't miss his dinner-for-two "customized" menu (around 100$ for two! what a bargain!) that will be served to fit your dietary needs and preferences. His homemade cheeses and freshly baked breads are out of this world, and don't skip his sophisticated and elegant desserts and perlines as well (you'd thank me for that tip).
