::Everytime I've ordered they make a mistake - wrong dish, forget to include a burger. Very disappointing to always have your order messed up.

::I ordered kids meal and a burger. 1. They asked me 4 (!) Times, "is it take away?", during the whole process. 2. They charged me for two meals (I got sms from credit card company about the charged amount). The lady in the front even argued with me that im wrong. Then she checked and said that I'm right and she may refund me. 3. Kids meal burger is extremely small. My son is eight yo, and it is half a meal. I asked to purchase another kids burger (without the meal) and I been told that it is not sold separatelly, but with the meal only. The prices are too high for this poor service. This was my first and the last time.

::Good food. But if you order the full meal, with a drink, and something on the side, it's a rip off. I got 6 onion rings to go with my small burger. Not worth it. I appreciate the quick response from Burganim. Paying an extra 18 shekel for 8 onion rings and a drink is not a good deal. Too bad, because the food is really good.
