::After about 50 years in banks, 10 of them in other branches internationally, the worst service EVER. Beyond a problematic location - horrible service. And also technical faults. And horror of it, one of the reactions is of the alleged bank employee (Vered Tabibi). Jarring in relation to financial ethics. And will not help if you delete it because I kept her opinion. At least to Lord Tabibi it is clear that satisfaction is rubbish and "should be helped."

::It doesn't make sense to disrespect customers at the Ramat Gan branch, poor quality, I went to pick up my wife's credit card with a power of attorney, Service Manager Yossi Klein emailed an application for approval I don't know who, after an hour of waiting for approval I asked him to do something, instead of helping me he said it was not his problem and kept calling customers to offer Loa and did not address me at all. When the branch closed, I asked for help from branch manager Yossi Weiss, who told me that the card would be sent the next day to the branch in Tel Aviv where my wife works closely. After two days my wife went to collect the ticket and to her surprise it was not in Tel Aviv, we went back to Ramat Gan branch and there was her card, service manager Yossi Klein did not apologize for it, did not even inform us that he did not send a card that my wife even after the branch manager's order. The manager of Yossi Weiss branch did not apologize at all and showed me a lack of knowledge about bank procedures as he threw me a card to come to the branch after one day and a rose manager who works for him said it did not work that way at all. So does anyone out there know about a procedure at all ???
