  If there was an option to give not zero stars but minus ten stars, I would do it Big Time !! I made an order for the schnitzel restaurant last night through a delivery website, I waited over an hour and a quarter for the delivery to arrive, I called the branch to check what was happening with the delivery in the most pleasant way possible, Best in the Carmel market. He claimed that there was an "error in the phone number", although I have exact documents that I entered my correct mobile number and I have all the proof of this, he claimed that he even talked to someone from Tiberias who did not place an order. Instead of compensating me or coming towards me his answer was with screams of course- "Giving you a delivery now will take 50 minutes (in addition to the hour and a quarter I waited !!!) If it does not suit you then you go cancel the order come on chicken, bye" Give me a place to explain !! A place without a minimal sense of service is not a place worth spending a penny for. I wish you to crash and as soon as possible !! Where the hell does he hear about a schnitzel that arrives after two hours (!!!) and a quarter?!?!?!?!?!? Needless to say the schnitzel arrived cold, the chips were not fresh, in short, his lifeguard will be away !!!!

  I needed a dish to take away, without any additions. Since I wasn't content with paying 45 Nis for 4 pieces of schitzels. The guy gave me an extra piece. For me this is service and worth me getting back there. In general, they should have a policy for take away of main dish only.
