::Waited in line for 5.5 hours, from 8:30 to 14:00. Ridiculous. No water fountain. One of the workers ecperiences some kind of twisted joy from freezing everyone and will not let anyone even look at the AC controls. If you have to go there, bring food and water with you, and also a jacket. A sleeping bag might be useful too.
