  Branch 148 One of the worst I have received service from, lack of customer attitude, hard to contact the branch promise to check and do not even return. Do with your money what they want. Sad and unfortunate?

  After 5 years I arrived at the bank. To take a bank check..I made an appointment. They said we do not have checkout services. And they sent me to another branch. I arrived there after a 20 minute wait. Why so...

  Discount bank is a horrible bank with service that block your account and you can't go in any other sniff for information, also your sniff is not working when you need it or work at uncomfortable hours. I hate there system, useless personal and useless offices. If you have to chose bank never choose discount bank. They can't help, they don't know how to solve your problem and they are very uncomfortable to use. I can only offer them to close and do not make suffer to people because its the only thing that they can! Wish anyone who use it to not getting in such setuation as I. I can't take my own money from this useless card and useless service. I spend a lot of time in there lines with workers who work too slowly for such place as bank.

  This is the worst bank discount branch We go to our banks expecting to be served in a mannered way, instead we are shamed and left like trash with no help support or customer service just aggravation and stress The manager of the bank is completely rude in fact everyone that works here is completely rude, for a 1min question u will wait 1hr. They don't care about anyone of there customers, THIS HAS GOT TO STOP.

  Everything is very slow, even when the cue is short it takes a lot of time to get to service and when you get to service part the workers work very slow and immotivated. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, mahbe there are better places...
