  I wish I could put 0 stars out of a number of banks I have experienced in recent years - the most shocking customer experience and service I have come across. Both unprofessionalism and not putting on you chopped. Coordinator meets and waits 40 minutes in line, takes action and after a week of silence discovers she is not in treatment at all, does not update, does not answer email, does not return to the phone. In addition, about a month ago, credit information that was not used by physically was stolen, so I assume that there are also problems with information security in this bank. The branch itself is even more shocking, slow and indifferent, a sense of despair in the air in a big way.

  Just disgusting! I waited in line for 3 days, came at the indicated time (even earlier), waited another hour, people get in without a queue, no one is watching! Only two girls work to receive private clients. The queue was at 11:05, the number on the screen did not move at all for an hour, at 12:10 I already went to the director of the department. She brought another employee to the reception and seated me to her, but before I had time to get my documents, a line of "disabled", "just ask" and so on formed behind me. You sit as if spat upon, there is no social distance, personal documents and money can not be taken out of the bag without risk, and the employee herself is talking to five people behind my back. Some kind of horror! Since I was going to open an account, seeing this attitude towards the client, I got up and left. For those who, like me, were thinking about opening an account in this bank / branch, it is better to leave this idea, it will probably be difficult to find a worse relationship in Israel.

This is the "Post Russia" level. The application works only in Hebrew! There is no full version of the English language site! That's the logic - we're getting rid of it in Israel and this site is going to be the one where all the banks are coming from. My password has been blocked - I sent it a letter, I did not send a PDF to my password, I have a letter and I have it too. The worst bank I've ever seen. Madness upon madness! However, like all banks in Israel. Feels stuck in the Stone Age! If you do not know Hebrew - then goodbye! If you forgot your password (or like to block it) and you are in another country without an Israeli SIM - forget access to your money! If you are in another country and do not have time to reissue your card, forget it! The app only works in Hebrew! There is no full version of the site in English! At a time when all banks have already switched to remote service using biometrics! They blocked my password - I wrote them a letter, they sent a password protected PDF with my password, which they changed and I do not know it :) Bravo when they recruit idiots in the IT department!
