::I was welcomed by Gal , he knows how to take care of the guest in the hotel. I am spire elite. Gal knows what it is to take care of his guest. He went above and beyond to make our stay first class. We are coming back in 4 months and will ask for Gal by name. Media was also great , she helped us so much at the hotel and got us everything to make our stay very special. They are a fantastic representative of the IHG brand and should be commended on the service.

::Excellent hotel in the center of Tel Aviv - Few minutes walk from Sarona market (lots of bars and restaurants). The hotel staff is really nice, and tried their best to make it a perfect stay. The breakfast is extraordinary. We got upgraded to a studio room which is really spacious with amazing views. They also have high speed internet, which made it really easy to take zoom meetings from the room. Highly recommended!

::Horrible service. Waited almost an hour to check in. The pool and spa were closed. The rooms are nice and clean Won't be coming again.
