  I had been there 2 years ago; it was nice, clean, and good !! so I took my french family coming for the first time in Israel. We had diners. CAFE CAFE IS THE WORTH, BAD FOOD I EVER HAD SINCE I ARRIVED IN ISRAEL THIS YEAR AND MAYBE SINCE MANY YEARS; SHNITZEL WAS JUST OIL AND OIL, SALADS SAME PROBLEM ... We asked to speak with the manager; he was very upset, offered us 10% discount !!!,and a part of chocolate cake to take home (it was not a good idea because, also, it was really not good). I think I just have to say to all my friends to eat any place in Israel but not to come to Cafe Cafe Herzlia. I now understand why this restaurant which was so full before was so empty this time

  Very bad service. We had to wait 20 minutes only for a menu. The waiters did numerous mistakes in our order and every time we had to ask them to bring us what was missing. At the end we ask for a coffee that was included in our order (we took "boker boker" breakfast, but the waiter said that it was cold drinks OR hot drinks, despite in the menu it was cold drinks AND hot drinks, and refused to give us the coffee.
