  השירות על הפנים, קניתי לפני חודשיים ועד היום מחכה לטופס העברת בעלות (שטרם נעשתה) אי אפשר לסמוך עליהם !

  Rent a car from Hertz, Eldan. Heck, rent a car from some random person on the street. Just don't rent from this rude, sketchy location that twice gave us a car that malfunctioned, and put another charge on our card when returned without warning and for no reason. They also lost our paperwork, because when I disputed the charge, they couldn't even find a history of me renting from them. AVOID!

  Worst agency ever! Please do not go, better run away! This agency rented us a car in bad condition. We had to change it twice before leaving the car park (there was no seat belt for exemple). Once in the desert, close to the Dead Sea, the car just stopped because of the battery. We were alone in the desert, we tried to called 4 times the agency, nobody answered!! The worst was with the manager, to change the car, he told us with very contemptuous words that it was for sure our fault, and charged us the gas cost. Incredible ! Very bad manager, absolutely not nice, bad-tempared and careless workers, cars in bad conditions. We chose this agency for the price, but it was a very bad idea, I prefer safety ! Avoid it!!!!
