  Customer service and poor phone response. Waiting times of over an hour. Every time you are cut off in the middle. Also the "Representative will get back to you" service is shocking and makes you go into the appointment list instead of really getting back to you. Recommends switching to a digital bank for those who really do not want to mess with nonsense

  Bad branch at indescribable levels. I have been in the aerospace industry for many years and everything was fine. As soon as I moved to this branch, the nightmare began. I was transferred to Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, and in the meantime I am very satisfied.

Poor service in accordance with the delusional policy. The highest commissions in the country in everything related to the capital market are up to * 20 * higher than commissions elsewhere. The workers there are kind, but when the head is sick, the whole body is sick. Hope they get better in the future.
