  Dreadful Branch. Bankers seem to be overworked and under-managed. (Managers seem often to be elsewhere.) Most times I have been unfortunate enough to need to visit, it has taken an hour or more to get seen to. I could write a whole list of complaints of mistakes that have been made with my account in the one year since moving here, suffice to say, my recommendation is NOT to use this branch. In fact I am so dissatisfied with the service I have received here, I'm strongly considering moving banks. btw the photo shows the state of their bathrooms yesterday. says it all...
