I called the workers on the phone and after waiting for almost half an hour with the voicemail I spoke to the clerk Sufiya. Needless to say she did not help and moreover also transferred me to another wait of another half hour or so without any notice on her part. After all, she answered again and I asked for the name of the previous representative who put me on hold and she, at the height of her impudence, still laughed at me on the phone and said "it was me" !! If it were possible to add a picture of the waiting time on the phone line, I would indicate, but apparently the bank closed this option in the interest of the bank. It is simply disgusting for the conduct and horror service on the part of the managers of the Bank / Poalim-715 branch in Hatzor HaGlilit and the voice response in particular. "Working for you" This is probably just a password and a scam of the bank.

  Service lacks courtesy and consideration and does not mean to underestimate the needs of its customers on the part of the branch managers. A bank that does not help its customers and only extorts commissions and high interest rates on a monthly basis for every smallest transaction. A bank that is not worth investing your money and time in.
