  After visiting the Ural branch earlier this week I was told to fax the slip and they would give me an answer on the same day to this day no reference was received and it is a pity that no information can be received.

  Very disappointed with the waiting times on the line for a person on the phone. Over 40 minutes and no answer. It is also a pity that not every branch has a telephone like at Discount Bank or Mizrahi Tefahot. In addition there are unnecessary hassles

  For many years I have been a customer of Bank Yahav while the branch was a branch of Haifa. Even when Discount Bank won the State Employees' Bank tender, I remained loyal to the bank and the branch. Even now that I have been living out of town for years I continue in my loyalty. I was always in trouble and needed some help; I got it no matter who was on the board or staff members at the time. I have always been treated with remarkable dedication; Like it's a family bank. C. Now, during the period of closure that I applied for transfers and non-routine loans, I was treated with all devotion by telephone; Without having to move to the branch. Thank you !!
