  It does not make sense for the queues, it is not tolerated and does not take into account the time of the customers who make an appointment and wait 3 hours after the time until some kindly helpful clerk to get someone without any experience of efficiency from the management sadly leaves soon

  Officials really service oriented and even brought someone walking around the Hlkohoh ask what they need. But as they already wrote: terrible teachings !! No less than 45 minutes .... Even when Teller vacates people bypassing and not really working on the computer queue ... in short what you can do in the app or website. If you have an unnecessary hour then good luck

  The clerks are actually fine but the queues are terrible !!!!! It never happened that I waited less than an hour - and even when I booked an appointment through the app, the wait was still very long! There are only 2 positions for current and 3 for personal banking (sometimes when it is unbearable they do a favor and open another position). Too bad. Because even if you just need to collect a checkbook or a new card you have to wait an hour +
