  I would of given it 4-5 ★ but my problem is that when you call it only gives you 3 options . Hebrew, Arabic and Russian, if you update please put English. Thanks

  Rubbish service, worst out of all services in Israel, Leumi must be better Just to add that anybody moving to Israel should steer clear of Hapoalim, terrible, terrible service, if you can, close your account there and move to any other bank. I hear Mizrahi is good. #AnywhereButHapoalim

  Worst Bank to work with. After I went in months earlier before leaving the country and specifically asked the lady for a card that does not cost money which she said so nicely no problem just sign a couple pages here, 6 months after I find I've been paying almost 8$ a month and I dont even use it! I walk in and tell the manager and she has the nerve to say well why dont you read what you sign (because everyone reads the hundreds of pages you print as well as make us sign on, and with a tablet so quickly no less because the lines are so long all the time) is just straight up disgusting and no respect to customers especially when they clearly can see in the system I didnt use it even once. Closed my account! And now even that they cant do right I had money in there and it's been 3.5 weeks! They said it would take a week to transfer. I really hope this bank goes nowhere and people stop using them so something better can be put in place.

  Decent Hapoalim Bank Branch where many of the staff speak English. Take a number when you walk in from the computer. You wont be served otherwise.

  Long lines. But service is decent. There are English speakers in the staff. Lastly, you'll get annoying g bank fees for the convenience.
