::My parents are at #bankhapoalim in #Israel. They wanted to reach a branch directly by phone and apparently is impossible, they have been transferred 3 times in between useless agents of #bankhapoalimcallcentre until branch was closed and then been advised to call again when branch is opened tomorrow. Time difference is 7 hours, #bankhapoalim branch manager promised they can process all transactions online, and it worked before however now #bankhapoalim stopped translation without explanation and any reason. The branch of #bankhapoalim is inaccessible, #branchmanager of #bankhapoalim #sheshethayamim is inaccessible, he is such a VIP that clients cannot talk to him. So I have a question to management of #bankhapoalim - what is the right of you to keep away older people from talking to the branch? What right #bankhapoalim has to hold their funds from transfer? I am about to open a complaint to #bankisrael. Please share.
