  Awful service (especially from a representative named Sinia Yorman) Money is stolen for transfers abroad, they are canceled but the commissions are not credited. This is the most horrible bank in Israel and perhaps also the most horrible branch of the most horrible bank.

  Branch shocking to say the least. The branch manager behaves badly to customers and apparently the clerks there are infected. If the manager is not replaced, she believes that the branch will close soon because many customers leave the bank or have no choice. But they are not satisfied with the treatment and the service.

  I know that at most banks you will have to wait for a while for service. This bank though has continuously proved that for sure. After all the long waits it is very clear why, the staff is very unprofessional and they often are talking on the phone to their friends while with the customers. Today i went up to the desk and the lady was giggling on the phone with her friend for a good few minutes and when i took her business card to report her she told me I cant take it... no big deal, i took a picture of it... stay away from מירב לוי אלגרישי.... i am switching my branch in hope that they are the only branch this bad
