  Additional help from the security guard. Banker: "You need to make an appointment to print a sheet from the printer"! Level 100 troll. People sit for hours. I have never seen such a "level" of services. I ran out of patience to spend days and nerves in this office. I will transfer to another bank, it is hardly possible to go below the level. The manager will look at the cameras and how the customer service is conducted! The customer waits hours. Everything is extremely slow. The employees are not there all the time and talking to each other. Customers are watching all this and waiting

  This bank is loaded during daytime. If you have right on private service things are kind of ok. We had to get an approval for a loan through keren histalmut. The problem here is that part is done through private service..but for the approval you have to go back in line to get this through the machines. If you are lucky all machines work..if not you are f*cked...long line of impatient people, the machine menus are complex and all and all it is was an unpleasant experience. My respect for one bank lady helping us very well despite pressure from people in line.
