  אישתי הגיעה לסניף מהגלבוע ( עברנו דירה וטרם העברנו את הסניף) כדי לבצע פעולה מול בנקאי, נאמר לה שהיא לא קבעה תור ( נכון, לא ידענו שצריך) אך היא ביקשה אם אפשר לקבל אותה למרות זאת ולהתחשב בדרך שעשתה מה גם שהסניף לא היה מלא בכלל. מנהל הסניף רמי סלמאן לא רק שסרב בתוקף לקבלה אלא גם דאג להכריז לכל העובדים שאף אחד לא יקבל את הגברת הזאת. אשתי קיבלה תחושה נוראית מה גם ששלושת ילדינו הקטנים היו איתה. פשוט חוסר אנושיות, גם אם אי אפשר לקבל יש דרכים טובות יותר. אנחנו עם הבנק הזה סיימנו.

  As I waited in line for the cash registers on the ground floor, at the Bank Leumi 45 Sokolov St. branch adjacent to Kugel St., the wait was beyond expectation with only 2 clerks each dealing with area 1 (private / business customers). There's another floor upstairs, probably banking ... In addition, the few customers who waited so long to receive the service left the branch. On the other hand, I must mention the security guard who helped me get service in the automatic queuing machine.

  This branch in Holon (Kugel Demon) is just below all criticism. . One of the worst service I have ever received in the last 40 years All staff, including management, must be replaced Real disrespect and treatment of the bank's customers and / or new ones. Even one star is too much

  Warning ... not to approach the door of this branch ... except for jobs that are under any criticism from the manager, deputy and clerks the branch is really dirty, the entrance and windows as if they have not been touched for more than two years. Customer service is just below all criticism, the clerks treat with contempt and disrespect .. You can hear the private conversations that take place between them in the middle of work without any connection to work. Very dismissive and humiliating attitude. Total disrespect for people waiting in line and without unnecessary help if there is a problem. All in all, I came to open a new account at Bank Leumi, this is the third time I have been to the branch in the last month and everything that is said is simply repeated as if it is their "normal" in this branch
