  As a food and cooking enthusiast I participated in Assaf the baker's Italian cooking workshop, the workshop went through 4 fascinating hours through the preparation of first courses, main courses, dessert, all from first class fine ingredients and delivered by Assaf thoroughly and deeply seasoned with fine humor while not forgetting to tell each dish Minyan arrived and engaged the workshop participants in preparing the dishes. We prepared bruschettas as a starter for fresh pizzas and pastas, fettuccine, toffee, tortillas and 4 cheeses in various sauces and finished with divine teresimo. MILLE GRAZIE E'STATO FANTASTICO

  In the middle of the city of Modi'in, in a small, warm and pleasant workshop, the Dolev family lives, the father bakes bread, Assaf Shemu ..... I had a great experience, I learned a lot of things, Assaf was just full of knowledge, the hospitality was perfect and professional, we made bread that was very tasty, we spoiled it with focaccia and sourdough, we ate and fed the new baby, highly recommended.

  I attended a brioche workshop yesterday, the workshop was delivered very professionally by Assaf. I enjoyed and mostly learned from Assaf that he is a pleasant and patient person. I will return to the following workshops. highly recommend!!

  Excellent workshop, I enjoyed every moment, feel I have received in-depth information and after the workshop the topic no longer seems so scary and of course I will continue to bake at home with much more confidence and with much more understanding in the process
