::While Arcaffe is a known to have high quality coffee shops, this brunch suffers from extremely slow and bad service. I visit the place often (not many alternative caffes in Raanana) and this is not a one-time event. Would be wonderful if the chain's management advise the local management on refining the service in this branch.

::The breakfast at all hours, is a very good choice. Has salmon and tuna, and great bakery included, and 2 drinks. I think is a great place.

::Service was terrible the waiters were very unfriendly, the chairs were torn but thank goodness the food was delicious. I had a soy cold chicken salad and my friend had the hot chicken salad. Mine was so delicious that I ate it all which is unususl for me.

::Arcaffe is one of the largest and most established Cafe chains in Israel. They have a Central bakery that is of extremely high quality so all the big goods arrive every morning in the different cafes and are delicious. Coffee is served very professionally and they always keep a high level of service and cleanliness. I am yet to arrive at one of their cafes and be disappointed.
