  Angy is truly a fantastic chef! We hired her for a private dinner for friends and each of the 6 dishes was unique and delicious. Her roots are Italian (Milanese-Venetian) but when she moved to Israel she started to cook European-Mediterenean fusion, using the local Arabic and Israeli spices and foods, and classic European techniques, to create her own signature couisine. Recommended!
