  Standing in line for lunch take away we had no idea what to expect, but the hummus (one classic, one spicy) was absolutely delicious, best we had during our stay in Israel.

  The hummus itself ia good. Other then that, not exciting. Too much fuss, too much mess.

  The best Hummus I ever had. Some people might find the general atmosphere of the place loud, crowded or even unpleasant, but I like to think about it as a part of the place's authenticity. The staff are nice but always in a hurry.

  I've been looking for the Holy Hummus Grail already for years! Then i finally stepped into Ali Caravans place.... I am glad to announce that i found the worlds best hummus. Its extraordinary good. Hands down.... simply the best, and I am not open for any kind of discussion!
