  I stayed at Alexander for 5 nights. I had gone to Israel as part of a tour so could not experience the hotel service completely. But I must say that out of the time i did spend, i rnjoyed thoroughly. The food was delicious and specially prepared to suit our taste. The rooms were pretty decent and simple, nothing like a 4/5 star hotel but just basic. The staff our super friendly and there is a family atmosphere around. They also helped us a lot in regards to our tour. I want to give 5 stars but I feel the rooms and interiors can be improved. Anyways I would highly recommend this hotel if you just want a place to sleep at a reasonable price.

  Half of the rooms are with the street view. Heavy noise. You wont be able to get asleep till deep night. Change is barely possible during easter period. And overall poor service. I'm full of negative feelings after 2 days stay. Its my worst experience in Bethlehem - i've been here 7 times during 10+ years.
