::3 stars middle-classed hotel in Betlehem, which is far from the city center. Palestinian territory, simple category for tourists with basic expectations. Very simple rooms are in the hotel, breakfast and dinner supplies are proper but very similar every day. Stuff is very kind, professional and helpful, English-speaker, well-trained people work for this hotel, restaurant and bar also are inside the building. Tip for the reception desk and restaurant is expected here.

::Ogólnie hotel w ocenie między 3 a 4. Wszystkie pokoje jeszcze nie są po remoncie; mieszkałam w dwóch pokojach na drugim i czwartym piętrze. w obu pokojach był telewizor, ręczniki. Na drugim piętrze pokój ładny, w łazience suszarka do włosów i podstawowe kosmetyki; prysznic; w pokoju wifi było, ale słabe. Na czwartym pietrze pokój z PRLu, brak suszarki, wifi nie działało. Dobry zasięg Wifi było tylko na recepcji, a porozmawiać dało się tylko ze stołówki. Jedzenie dobre, humus najlepszy jaki jadłam. Kilka dań na gorąco, sporo warzyw, mają tendencję do przesalania. Obok hotelu jest sklep - dobrze wyposażony, można płacić dolarami.

::I have stayed at the hotel twice for 5+ days both times. They are very hospitable and excellent hosts. The owners are there 90% of the time and handle any issue quickly and personally. The hotel is spotless and very well kept. We had a small issue with one of the room card holders not working to keep the power on in the room and they switched rooms quickly and efficiently. They have a conference room on the Bar Floor that they allow us to use for our conference. The view out of the front and sides are overlooking the city of Beit Jala and the view of the back is of the Olive Grove. Needless to say the views are great. There is a new restaurant on the NW side of the hotel and a few pretty good ones right across the street. Jumbo's Supermarket is a short walk from the hotel and will have most of what you could need.
