  The service at reception was excellent. My wife was hospitalized for a day and the medical staff, especially the nurses, were sensitive, professional and very nice. 5 stars without a doubt.

  I had surgery there with Dr. Gilad Ratan who was charming, patient and professional, however the staff at the place was bad ... in my life it is too long to elaborate! An impatient anesthetist who had to go into the interrogation room before the procedure while I was getting dressed, went on to explicitly ask not to insert a needle into a vein in a certain place and he did not listen to me and forcibly tried until I shouted, in the recovery room noise and commotion, very quickly hurried me out of bed to get organized (while still Vague). Their failure at the end of the operation in matters of personal hygiene, I will save details, and there is no ability to rinse in the shower ... There are no basic instructions after discharge (prohibition of driving after anesthesia, prohibition of entering the pool, etc., instruction in case there is fever or bleeding), and many other things ... The escort who was with me was immediately removed and could not stay with me while I got organized and dressed, nor did we update her when I came out of recovery. I have undergone similar procedures in the past and have never encountered such an overlap! Felt like a moving film and did not see the patient and her needs. Please talk to a manager I was laughed at with contempt. At the end I got into a conversation with the VP - I was promised a return at 16:30, in the end they did not get back to me at all and answered me only after I called in the evening. You even talk to the doctor, promise to give answers to questions but in practice you are waved and you will leave with a much worse feeling than you came.
