In other words ARM Emergency does not give professional support during the implementation of the treatment given by the receiving doctor. My background: Problematic ears. 2 surgeries in the right ear. The story: Two weeks ago I went to the Maccabi emergency room with pain in my right ear. I was given antibiotics as a pill and drops. After a week, I felt pain in my ear again. I decided to go to ARM Emergency despite the cost of 950 NIS. Dr. Shay (who I read about on a registered site that you get a doctor who specializes in your problem. Go I thought I was getting an ENT doctor who specializes in ears. In fact I got an AG doctor who specializes in nose) got me fast. I brought with me my medical history file. I told the doctor I had a hole in my right ear, he looked in my ear and determined that I did not have a hole in my ear. Three days have passed and no one professional has contacted me! I had one interest, that the best expert would look me in the ear and take care of her. I decided to leave a message to the CEO of ARM to contact me (I was told that she was sent a message on WhatsApp), but she also did not get back to me. I had to go to the first AG doctor to receive me from Maccabi. These are the findings: Mushroom in the ear as a result of taking drops of antibiotics over time (in other words in three days I wait for a doctor to come back to me from MRM, and I continue to put the antibiotic drops they prescribed me, this only makes my condition worse). I was shocked by the amount of "jeep" That Maccabi's doctor took it out of my ear! Now I am treating an acute inflammatory fungus in the eardrum. I felt that no professional at ARM had come back to me disrespecting my pain and even more endangering my ear.
