  I have a love hate relationship with this company. I have had good experiences with them and bad. Most of their cars are well kept and they have quite a selection. On the other hand: The pick-up drop-off location is annoying. You must arrive at least 45 min before closing on Friday or you might be stuck with the car till Sunday. A few cars do not have a blue tooth connection for your phone. I found that unacceptable.

  Worst customer service ever ( I live in Germany and still I can say this without any hesitation ). I felt everybody in this centre absolutely ducking hate their jobs. The service agent looked annoyed as I was taking couple of extra minutes going through the contract (2 pages of legalese ) before signing it. The car delivery lady was extremely rude almost to the point of hilarity. Their cars have a un user friendly security pin mechanism and she didn’t even bother to tell me the pin. She looked at me in utter contempt when I asked her how to start the engine after 5 minutes of trying ( to start a ducking car, remember!!), she the uttered 4 magical digits and left me to tinker with their gobshite “security” system. Thank god I didn’t have to figure it out in the middle of a higuway or at a traffic junction. Lol! Sixt, if you’re reading this please know that your employees in this center absolutely hate their jobs ( do you even pay them salary? ) and your shite company and If my 30 mins experience could be generalised, all of humanity. Please spare us this “service” 🙏🏽🙏🏽

  Worst place ever. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this here. The cars are in terrible condition, you don’t get the car you pay for, and the workers are extremely rude. Horrible experience.
