I really sympathize with the guards who work on the way to the post office. In a cage with rabid gorillas, I think it is easier and safer to work than on the main street of Bat Yam. Very polite staff of 3 people. 2 secretaries and 1 security guard. Serves hundreds of angry, aggressive people every day. Thanks you

The conduct of the branch is horrible, there is no order, they are all on top of each other and more during the corona. And why are the branch's operating hours not updated on the post office's website? I came on a Tuesday that shows that the branch is open until 18-00 and in reality until 16-00. After the work day, why should I walk around and see a closed branch. Such a large body with a lot of resources unable to make real-time updates on the site, delusional ...

The place is shocking. People make mistakes, do not follow Corona's instructions, police also come and do not disperse people. Very serious require the use of the service of such a thing.

Today I was in the mail to get a package, entered number 94 when I came to pick up a number he was 169, I told the girl, a security guard, that I only came to pick up a package and last time I did not have to wait in line, and also showed her a disability card. She waved at me and treated me really badly. There were full of nervous people out there, and rightly so, there are people she just put in like that, people who had to send a package came in without taking a number, and people who just came to pick up a package had to burn two or three hours of their lives. I asked to know the name of the manager, the girl refused to tell me, did not want to tell me if he is in the branch, and again refused to give me her details. But here is the ugly face of the Israel Post, on the phone you can not catch them and not by email, do not want to receive more packages in Migdal Nahum because it is just a terrible place in terms of congestion and the treatment of people is horrible, outside were two disabled people she refused to let. I do not know according to which criteria the Israel Post works, but since there is no one to talk to in the mail, I am also posting pictures and videos I took here.

After waiting 25 minutes outside, I entered the post office today at 67 Ha'atzmaut Street, Bat-Yam. Already at the entrance to the post office I was given a note with the queue number without being asked What service do I need any window, or collection of a package. Since I had to pick up both a package and change a Yes sign, I went to the package counter to find out where I should wait for my turn, Ortal the representative at the package counter explicitly explained to me that it was only one queue, and I would just go to the post system. All service. I was directed to position number 6, after indicating to the representative what service I was requesting to receive, he immediately referred me to the package counter, I asked the representative for an explanation why he refers me to the package counter, when only a few moments ago they explained to me at the package counter that it was one, and I was promised All service at the position to which I was referred by the queuing system. After deliberation the representative finally agreed to get up from his chair and give me a service, he left the package at the package counter, claiming that he does not have a release terminal in position, and without a signature in this terminal no package can be released. Secondly he asked me to return to his position back to pick up the sign. I found myself standing again in line for the package counter for a few minutes to release the package, then I went back to position number 6 to pick up the sign, but the position was already occupied by another customer. This is improper conduct, as long as it is not possible to receive full service at each position, then in practice these are 2 separate queues, so the customer must be directed to the service position he needs from the beginning. Only after all your positions can give full service to each customer, and you will have all the appropriate technological equipment, only then can you really claim that it is one queue. Nowadays in the current reality every customer who needs to pick up a package, will actually have to get to every window stand, and from there he will be routed to the packages counter. Why? Does that make sense to you? It is not better for you to give a faster, more efficient service to your customers who have been waiting outside, in the heavy heat with a mask before entering the branch. So start considering your customer request, and make sure to route in advance the customers who want to pick up a package in line for the package counter. So effective, and so simple! You are currently just teasing your customers from position to position, claiming that it is one queue, even though in practice it does not work that way.
