  Peace! Today, 13/09/2021, I visited the Moses Medical Center dental clinic, with Dr. David Radchenko. During the visit his answers were rude and inappropriate at all. "Dr., Qataris have fallen on me, they need to be put back in place" "Ma'am, who and when did he make you Qataris?" "Oh, Sivan Clinic, it closed 5 years ago" "I do not want to fix your catharsis, go look for who will help you, look for a private clinic. No one at Maccabi will help you, I do not want to take responsibility for someone else's work. Goodbye." What is this thing? What are we paying for "My Maccabi", why did you start from. Teeth in Afula? What is "looking for a private clinic"? Dr. David Radchenko has his own private clinic in Migdal Haemek, why does he work if KK Maccabi or this disgusting treatment! If you have a technical problem and one technical has done a bad job, do you go back to the same technical? Or would you hire someone else to do a good job ?! We will go from nowhere to another choice. But it is very disappointing !!!

  I wanted to share our experience with them. My sister and brother are being cared for. The dice of the bridge fall all the time my mom approached them asking for repair or replacement of my sister's fixation that broke after more than a year and they fixed it after we paid for it even though it was their mistake. This repair also did not last less than a month and they did not agree to replace it at no cost or minimum cost. I have been treated at Dr. Elias' clinic for 17 years and sometimes the dice did not fall or sometimes the fixation did not break / fall, everything lasts in place. After we posted comments about the personal experience they shouted at us on the phone and threatened to sue us if we did not delete the comments instead of reaching a settlement in a nice way. Really disappointing.

  Definitely do not recommend, service on the face! They demanded a large sum from my sister for a temporary fixation and they also want an additional payment for a new fixation that is not supposedly included in the insurance. We tried to contact them, their answer was briefly that this is what there is. But to the criticism we passed on in Pace, they had a quick response. They called us and started shouting and threatening that if we did not delete the comments it would reach the court. As far as I know we are allowed to criticize you on Facebook, you are not the only ones who criticized them.

  A little about the experience I went through in this amazing clinic, I went through displacements and implants and crowns on implants, bone grafts and sinus levels. 2 experts at the Moses Clinic. The most professional doctors in the city of Afula. The professionalism and attitude of the clinic manager, the staff at the reception, the dentist Anna, the clerk of insurance all as a winning team.
