  They made a mistake for my appointment and made me wait for 2 hours in the clinic. My appointment was for a treatment not a check-up, but within those two hours two dentists only checked and asked me to come back for a treatment. It was an emergency situation, with so much pain but no apology from any staff for their misconduct. The manager herself said what happened today was really wrong, but she didn't apologise or show any sympathy. I am very sad that this happens here and they really should improve their customer service and train their staff including the management team.

  Horrible service from rude disrespectful and unprofessional clerks. On average Barely competent dentists who are equally as obnoxious as the staff

  Not nice. Long waits. No one is helpful when requesting assistance. Very poor patient service.

  They don't care about your health, if they can't fake it they put the challenge in an institution to hide their incompetence
