  שירות אדיב ומקצועי, סניף נקי וגדול, מטופל אצל ד״ר מרדכי חני (ויוליה האסיסטנטית) כבר מספר פעמים ושתיהן שטיפלו בי בצורה מדהימה ורגועה עם חיוך, נדיר לראות רופאים עם ניסיון שיש להם תשוקה מקצועית, זכיתי.

  The staff's service was wonderful including the secretariat, and also the dentist, the dental hygienist. A clean, tidy place, going in relative to the scheduled time. There is first aid there.

  I called the center from a random and turned me to urgent medicine, set me to reach the clinic at 17:00 (unnecessary to say I was with teeth pains)! I waited up & from two hours and after two hours I saw that nothing advanced and the secretaries do not have a solution ... I despised a private clinic that was a door near.

  The secretarial staff is just shocking, not someone specific, everyone! I have been to the clinic twice already and I am expected once more due to blockages and twice I have already talked to 3 secretaries and all of them were just resentful, ignoring and unpleasant and one of them even lied to me that for a photo I have to pay, I never heard to print a page (I already had and lost, So I asked again because at the dental photography institute I contacted they asked what photo I needed and could not answer) I have to pay and not for the service itself! Anyway, I just feel sorry for these secretaries who are so resentful and what is important in the end, is the doctor and Dr. Adriana from the charming and professional clinic. So if you get there for some reason you will decide for her :)
