  Shame of a bank, it is forbidden to do business with them, especially in this branch, there is no treatment for the customer.

  I had to take a day off to pick up a new credit card, they couldn't send home. Very long waiting time for an answer to a call

  Very poor and slow service with the two women who attend bank customers! They work on other many staffs while they talk to you, they forget many important things to tell you and then you need to come back because they forgot that there is more steps for you to finish your requests. It happened to me already three times with them. Now I have to go again there because the woman who attended me forgot that she needs me to be there to give me a paper so I can get in my account. Also they don't know many other things, they need to hold long calls to find someone who knows how to do something they should, like how to open a regular account for resident foreigners and so on... Also there they told me that I can't have a bank credit as resident foreigner but Mizrahi-Tefahot writes everywhere very proudly that they do. Next time I'll write down their names to publish it here.
