::I rarely submit public reviews - why would I put my name out publicly? But the service I get from Mizrahi is so bad, that I felt the urge to give rating. Or, put differently, how can I even know what the service is if I can never get a hold of a banker? Waiting forever on the line, people never call back. Disaster.

::Bad at high levels !! Clerks on the face, waiting 3 hours in line to deposit money, the clerk at the counter going to make coffee while we wait in line for a few hours. Do not approach this branch !!!!!!

::Stay away... far... far away! I have never encountered a bank staff so unprofessional, sinical and incompetent in my life. I want to open a personal new migrant bank account but it will take 2 weeks to do because it can only be opened by the person who gave me the information. The person who gave me the information some days ago is now on holiday and they said today that I have to wait till she is back in 2 weeks, no one else at the branch can do it, only the person who gave the information has the right to open the personal account. If she is not there I have to wait "It is our rule and you must understand this is how we work" they said. What happens when this lady gets sick or if she decides to leave or if she is fired from her job? I won't be able to operate or close this account because she is not there that day or she doesn't work there anymore? What will be the excuse then "It is our rule and you must understand this is how we work"? I kindly asked to talk to the branch manager and guess what, refused to talk to me! ::Absolute nightmare of a place. I am an olim and everything having to do with this location is absolute insanity and total incompetence. I have accounts with both Mizrahi and Bank Leumi and, while neither is great, nothing is worse than the Gan Hair branch of Mizrahi. This place takes bureaucracy to uncharted territories. You are assigned one banker who is almost always unavailable while the rest of the staff refuses to do anything to help you as they are not your "personal banker". This creates a system where you are waiting for hours for this one person to return for lunch or helping another person while literally everyone else working there sits around on their cellphones and does nothing. I had to pick up a new credit card so my banker told me to pop in anytime. When I arrived that very day, I was told no one could help me do this since my banker was gone for the day. When I returned (at a great inconvenience), I had to wait about an hour since he was with someone else and no one else was willing to help even though all they needed to do was hand me an envelope. I called today to cancel a credit card and the woman who answered the phone told me that my banker was busy and would call me back to cancel it "IN A FEW DAYS" and that no one else can help me.

::STAY AWAY!! The worst customer service I have ever seen, not willing to help or anwser questions. Not friendly to foreigners. I tried to find common grounds with the clerk and bank manager but there was just no willingness to help, they said "today we cant" Well your employees "can't do" attitude just lost you a good account. Horrible horrible people. Bad bad service!
