  Just on the face. Do not know how to manage funds. Money is constantly being processed. Make no effort to help at all.

  I find myself writing what I read so many times before if there was a no star rating I would have chosen zero stars. As an American expat i still get the chance to be overwhelmingly disgusted with the customer service of a bank that I use for my business banking. I will be actively looking to move our accounts and speaking to other North American’s about never to bank with Hapoalim. Please give my apologies to the employees of this branch I didn’t mean to burden them when I stepped in to do my business. I think I may have gotten them to pick their derriere off their seats to help me. This branch challenges the world wide theory that a smile is universally a human trait.
