It takes them whole days to get back to messages. Delays money and transfers of regular customers without notice and when trying to find out the treatment takes over a month.   I do not know what to say anymore ... so many disappointments in one bank .. The place itself, relatively clean and tidy, the staff are nice people but the system is just completely behind .. All advertising about people behind the bank is completely false. Only correspond with you, in life do not dial or answer the phone but automatically transfer to the national PBX where there are representatives who do not know you at all. Do not fall for the statements of a "bank with a different perception" a bank of people .. this is really nonsense. Just like any other digital bank, only with an outdated worldview and expensive fees.
