  Shocking service. There is never anyone in the business department, even when you come to the branch physically. It is not possible to contact by phone, regularly transferred to the center, I have not spoken to anyone from the branch for over half a year even when I physically came to the branch several times I was told there is no one. It takes them whole days to get back to messages. Delays money and transfers of regular customers without notice and when trying to find out the treatment takes over a month. Other options for where to move are currently being considered because it is no longer possible to conduct oneself in this way.

  Greetings I am a customer of Union Bank, which merges with Mizrahi Bank. I was scheduled for a 30/11 meeting to join. I asked Mizrahi to advance the meeting So that I will not be left without a bank account. Their answer was that there was nothing to do and how to talk to.   I do not know what to say anymore ... so many disappointments in one bank .. The place itself, relatively clean and tidy, the staff are nice people but the system is just completely behind .. All advertising about people behind the bank is completely false. Only correspond with you, in life do not dial or answer the phone but automatically transfer to the national PBX where there are representatives who do not know you at all. Do not fall for the statements of a "bank with a different perception" a bank of people .. this is really nonsense. Just like any other digital bank, only with an outdated worldview and expensive fees.
