  One of the worst customer service experience. Sold stove/oven unit and overcharged for delivery. First I had to argue with delivery person to open box. He had to remove door and refused to put it back. I paid NIS150 for this. Then I found out after the delivery that i had to hire a technician for NIS 180 to install it. The owner did not explain any of these extra hidden costs. Plus the oven was missing a rack. Plus it had a large dent that i saw only after i started to use it. When I went to the store to complain and see how to resolve these problems, the owner took no responsibility and even blamed me for not knowing about the installation part. Buyer beware of this store. Expensive as well with poor service. I will never buy there again and warn anyone looking to buy there.

  Very reasonable store and willing to negotiate with appliance's prices!

  קניתי אצלם מכונת תספורת לשיער(אחרי המלצה שלהם) במבצע ב280 ש"ח. המכונה לא באמת לשיער, אלא לזקן, ובזאפ היא נמכרת בין 170-260. יקרנים ולא מקצועיים

  אנשים חופרים מאד, נותנים לך תחושה שכאילו אתה גונב אותם, בסוף אתה יוצא עם מוצר ומגלה בזאפ בכמעט חצי מחיר

  חנות ענקית עם מלאי ענק. ניתן למצוא אצלם כל דבר, ואם אין יכולים להשיג לך. מוכרים מקצועיים, ידע מקיף, מחירים נוחים. סה"כ חווית מכירה ושירות לאחר קנייה, מהטובים שחוויתי. ממליץ בחום!!
