::We came to cafe Mandarin three times during our stay in Haifa. All three times we liked the food, but two of those times we had a very unattentive and slow server. Also one of the times the tables outside and the bathroom were very dirty. It is a nice spot though, and they have a corner for little kids to play. In summary, good food, a bit pricey, but they need to improve the service and cleanliness.

::It's nice to be having coffee away from the main street, it was very quiet and relax. The cafe had only one waitress available (which is exceptable at that time of the day).
