A few weeks ago I came to buy minced meat, I only needed minced meat and this is also what I asked for from the regular butcher, who works with beef and pork, he offered me mechanical kebabs, I refused and asked for regular minced meat, he brought me some I asked for and only in cooking did I understand that the meat is mixed with Lamb fat (the meat that the kebabs had he prepared in advance and just left for him, so why not push the customer), even though it's not what I asked for, I did not really have a problem with it, so I did not say anything, or rather I forgot about it. Last time, I asked for a piece of meat for roasting, he brought me the only piece he had open in the showcase and said, that it is excellent for roasting and the meat came out very dry (I understand cooking very well and know how to make a portion in excellent long cooking, just always trusting the pace regarding the type of slice and this time Sold me what he had profitable to sell at that moment and not what really fits and good) and last Friday, it was already the climax of a lie and cheating: I bought beef and asked for lamb fat, the same butcher asked me: maybe lard? I said to him: No! I need lamb fat, he told me: OK, cut a piece of some fat and gave it to me. Of course only when I started cooking, I realized it was lard !! (Obviously, it is very easy to identify lamb fat by taste and smell and it was not lamb fat !!!) I will never buy more meat at this butcher shop and would not recommend anyone to buy there! He pushes what he needs to sell and not what the customer needs !! Today is not what you asked for, tomorrow it is meat that already needs to be thrown away ...
