    As I waited in line for the cash registers on the ground floor, at the Bank Leumi 45 Sokolov St. branch adjacent to Kugel St., the wait was beyond expectation with only 2 clerks each dealing with area 1 (private / business customers). There's another floor upstairs, probably banking ... In addition, the few customers who waited so long to receive the service left the branch. On the other hand, I must mention the security guard who helped me get service in the automatic queuing machine.

    Warning ... not to approach the door of this branch ... except for jobs that are under any criticism from the manager, deputy and clerks the branch is really dirty, the entrance and windows as if they have not been touched for more than two years. Customer service is just below all criticism, the clerks treat with contempt and disrespect .. You can hear the private conversations that take place between them in the middle of work without any connection to work. Very dismissive and humiliating attitude. Total disrespect for people waiting in line and without unnecessary help if there is a problem.
