  This place has tons of unsupervised kids running around day and night. We did not sleep well because of the hot rooms. The air conditioning did not work. Pool area was so run down. Location is great, but that is all that is going for it.

  Good hotel for families, all inclusive. Good staff and even better entertainment staff. The main problem is the pool area, must be taken care. The wooden surface in the pool area is dangerous, there are loose wooden beams and protruding screws that can cause falling and injury.

  The hotel is quite outdated. Rooms could do with some tlc. Evening show was nice. Children have a play room and are occupied. Swimming pool is heated in winter to around 30c so it is fun to be able to use. Dining room is very big and the selection of food is very good.

  This "everything included" hotel is very convenient for a having a short vacation with Kid in Tiberias, the pool with the water slides was fun, the food was good, and so was the service we got through the vacation. The room we got was nice and clean, there was no hot water in the shower, but the problem was quickly resolved by the hotel staff. The stay cost is more then reasonable, and is very good value for the money. Note that is better to be here during the week and not on weekends, as almost everything in the city is closed down during the weekend.

  Nice hotel, could use a little renovation but we had a good time. A lot of people on weekends, nice bonus for the kids with the water slides. The food was good with a lot of choices.
