::We stayed three nights here. This was the nicest place I've ever been to. It was built as a hospital in the 1800's by a Scottish surgeon but only relatively recently turned into a hotel. We were fortunate enough to stay in the "Old Manse" building which looked like a castle. This place is like nothing I've seen before. The whole grounds are beautiful with an incredible view of the Sea of Galilee. The breakfast and dinner buffets had the best and freshest food around. The variety was incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a spa, pool, gym etc. Behind the hotel is an Ottoman fortress built in the 1700's that is worth checking out. I was sad to leave.

::We have stayed in this hotel 6 times, I think it says a lot… The hotel is actually a resort, its buildings are surrounded by beautiful tranquil gardens, there’s a lovely clean spa and a relaxing outdoor swimming pool with a great quality drinks and snack bar. We stayed in the antique and deluxe rooms, both types are clean and tastefully decorated. Beds are super comfortable. Smart TV, a mineral water and an espresso machines can be found in the rooms. The only downside is the old fashioned hair dryer in the bathroom. Culinary wise this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in Israel: breakfast and dinner food is of top quality and taste.Food is not kosher, but varied, a mixture of European and Middle Eastern dishes, fresh salads and appetizers, and amazing desserts. If you are a foodie you must stay in this hotel, this is not one of the industrialized tasteless hotel restaurants you see in the country. Plus the hotel’s restaurant has a great romantic ambiance. In the evening head to one of the other 2 hotel bars: the one that’s on the lobby floor and serves a variety of drinks and many types of Whiskey,or the stunning magical wine bar. Both also serve very tasty dishes. Make sure to book a table as the wine bar is very popular among people outside of the hotel.Last but not least I couldn’t praise enough the amazing noble, polite, kind and efficient staff who contribute to the hotel’s uniqueness. If you are an adult couple/friends don’t think twice and make a reservation.

::Great hotel, probably one of the best in the whole Holy Land. Very rich breakfast, fresh. Very nice views to the lake. Lots of beautiful gardens.. the hotels has different buildings (across the street as well). you definitely wont feel in Tiberias city center. Great spa and wellness area with outdoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi, and Turkish Bath with different treatment rooms. Special rooms too as every corner of this property. Professional and very friendly staff. Would go back anytime without any hesitation.

::It is a different hotel in a good way. Place and buildings are very, very nice. The whole compound is lovely. We also liked the SPA. Our room on the new building was comfortable and pretty standard. The hotel restaurant was ok. All was tasty, but I have to admit I do not like buffet setup. I would really hope they would offer restaurant style service. The hotel bar was just okay - it was lacking atmosphere, and the prices are really on the high side. Their beer selection is poor.
