  Loose and poor service in the delivery of packages. Illiterates who do not know how to read English and when written Ramat Gan it is clear to them that these are two words.   I got there after making an appointment and checked in locating branches and making appointments and it is clearly stated that an account can be opened at the branch! There was a guy who rejected me and said no accounts were opened there.
