  Friendly staff. Appointment System works like c***. one can set an appointment online and to findout on arrival that they use good old paper and numbers because the system is down. sends a reminder half a second before one's turn reaches. Seems to prefer clients that are bank clients and/or financial services over other postal services even if the latter came earlier.
