  Didn't have too much trouble with this branch usually I'm out in less than 10 minutes even without preordering a place in the line. The problem is with the office itself and the system which misses package arrival notices. If you order a package, don't count on them too much to tell you it arrived, check in their site with the tracking number.

  I don't know if its the post office's fault or the people inside, but it was chaos and people yell and get in fights. Its the mail, calm down people on both sides. It isn't the shuk.

  Always a lot of people and a big queue! Advise: take advantage of pre-ordering queue on the Israel Post site or in the same name application. Then, the waiting time will be a few minutes instead of half an hour or more.
